What the coach says

The words of this video, from its captions.

Finally, to ride a dragon, we need balance. We are going to do the flamingo pose, but we have to build it perfectly. Follow my three steps. Step one is the tree base. Stand tall on both legs. Make it strong, just like a tree trunk. Step two, laser eyes. Find one spot on the wall in front of you and stare at it. Don't look away. Okay, final step is the flamingo lift. Put your foot on your knee and lock it in place like a puzzle piece. Got it? Okay, great. We are going to hold for five seconds, three times on this leg and then three on the other leg. Ready? And lift. One. two, three, four, five, and down. Reset your tree base and lift. Squeeze your tummy, two, three, four, five, down. Okay, last on this leg. Ready, lift. Don't wobble. If you wobble, just put your foot down and try again. You got this. We're almost there, four, five, and down whoo okay shake it out now time to switch legs let's build it again with the tree base laser eyes and lift one two three four five down again ready and lift you look like a gymnast on the balance beam so graceful we're almost four, five, and down. Last one. Make it perfect. Lift. One, two, three, four, five, and down. Perfect balance. You are electric and you're crushing this workout. Nice work.
