Meteor Dodge
SetupClear the floor of any hard or sharp objects. Use a stuffed animal as the meteor.
How to playHave your Rider move around the room. Toss the meteor in the air and call "drop." They do a controlled drop - hands first, knees down, belly down - then pop up fast. Try 5 rounds.
Make it harderAdd safe spots such as couch cushions. Your Rider can run to a safe spot instead of dropping.
