What the coach says
The words of this video, from its captions.
Now, we need to wake up our lifting muscles with lightening knees. Imagine there is a laser beam floating right across your belly button. We have to march in place and drive our knees straight up to break the laser beam. Let's do 10 to the front. Keep your chest up. Ready? One, two, three, drive them high, four. five, break the laser, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, freeze. We need to warm up the sides of our hips too. Open your legs and drive your knees up to the outside like a marching frog. Let's break the side lasers. Ten more. Ready? Go. One, two, three, lift them wide, four, 5, 6, keep your chest up, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Freeze. Awesome. Your legs are ready to fly.
