What the coach says

The words of this video, from its captions.

Finally, the prowling cat. We want to move backwards like a shadow, so we need super strong legs. We are going to practice stepping backward and pushing back up without wobbling. Stand tall with your hands up like paws. Step one foot just a little bit behind you. It does not have to be a giant step. Now you have a choice. You can just balance right there on your one leg and power back up to the front. Or, if you want a super challenge, you can drop your back knee down into a lunge before you push up. Pick your favorite way. Here is the most important rule. You have to lock your front leg in like cement. It should not be moving out. Flex your tummy so you do not wobble. Let's do five prowling cats together on this leg. Step back, drop or balance, and push up. That is one. Step back, push up. Lock that front leg. Three. Step back and push. Four. Flex your tummy, five, awesome, shake it out, whew, round two, now we have to do the other leg, glue that other foot to the floor, cement that front leg down, keep those paws up, flex those tummies, ready, step back, balance or drop, and push, one, step back, two, no wobbling, three, drop that bottom down, four, and five. Perfect prowling. Your sneaking muscles are totally warm and ready.
