What the coach says

The words of this video, from its captions.

Before we ride, we have to brush the feathers. First, we need to warm up our jumping power with ski swings. Stand tall with your feet apart. We are going to push our bottom backwards and swing our arms behind us like we are flying down a ski slope. Rule number one, keep your back flat like a table. Rule number two, when you stand up, snap your hips forward, and swing your arms up. This is how we build momentum. Watch me. Push your bottom back, arms back, and snap tall. Easy. Okay, we are going to do ten of them together. Ready? Hips back, and snap. That's one. Hips back, and snap. 2, keep your back flat, 3, 4, swing those arms, 5, 6, you're doing great. Feel the power, that was 7, 8, almost done, 9, and 10 awesome swings.
