What the coach says
The words of this video, from its captions.
Now for warm-up number two, the Sahara Hop. The Sahara Desert is famous for its enormous rolling sand dunes. And if you've ever walked on loose sand, you know it sinks under your feet. So when we move across the dunes, we have to hop quickly and lightly. Two feet together, so we don't sink in. Feet together, knees soft, and we hop forward. Two feet land at the same time, nice and light. We are going for 10 seconds of quick, light hops. Ready? The sand is warm and the dunes are waiting. Let's go. 10, 9, 8, 7, quick, 6, 5, don't sink in, 4, 3, hop, hop, 2, 1. Wonderful. Your legs are warm and ready.
