What the coach says

The words of this video, from its captions.

Before we ride, we have to polish the feathers. First, we need to warm up our legs and backs with shooting star reaches. If we are going to drop to the floor quickly, our bodies have to be super bendy. Stand tall with your feet glued to the floor. Reach your wings all the way up and grab a shooting star. Then reach all the way down and touch both of your palms. Flat on the ground. If you have to bend your knees a little bit, that is totally okay. Then stand right back up. Watch me. Reach way up high. Bend the knees a little. Palms flat on the floor. Stand up. Easy. Let's do five shooting star reaches together. Reach up and palms flat on the floor. That is one, reach for the sky, palms flat to the ground. Two, squish those hands down, reach up and down. Three, feel that stretch up and down. Four, last one, make it huge, reach up and down. Five, awesome reaching, great warm up.
